As the light was fading in the afternoon of day two of our trip Shelley and I found our selves near Yavapai point. We were walking along the South Rim trail near the Yavapai Geological Museum and Bookstore. The Museum offers insight into the geological history and creation of the Grand Canyon. It also offers, yet again, some stellar views of the Grand Canyon. While Shelley entered into the Museum I lingered outside still looking for my photograph of the setting sun. I found a composition just outside of the museum. The Sun was nearing the rim of the Grand Canyon and could be seen through some trees. It set up my tripod and waited. I rewarded with the following photograph of the Sun setting through the trees.
